WATCH OUT FOR THEIR TOWING SCAM. Got my rental towed from the parking area with a valid tag in the window. Apparently, they have the most aggressive towing scheme of any place I've ever stayed. I informed them of the fact and the response was "you have to ask them." So perhaps this is an additional tax they charge. Wonder how much that kick back is. Welcome to Virginia!

Quiet floor, room close to elevator and ice machine. Room was very clean and comfortable. We also especially enjoyed the kind attention during the complimentary happy hour. Enanu & the bartender (our apologies we cannot remember his name) where kind, caring and attentive during the 2 nights we stayed here. Overall, all the stuff were professional and welcoming. We will be sure to return!!

Our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Springfield was overall good, but there were a few issues that prevented it from being a 5-star experience. The hotel is centrally located, which is convenient, but being right next to I-95 means it can be very loud at times, especially depending on room location. Another downside was the exposed wall area leading to our room, which took away from the otherwise polished feel of the property. One frustrating moment was when I attempted to order room service (from the hotel phone) through the bar and was told it wasn’t available, only to go downstairs shortly after and see the bartender casually making plans with friends. That interaction felt unprofessional and could have been handled much better. Also, the Cheesecake here is not good at all. Save your money the Cheesecake at the Southern Style Chicken & Waffles is way better. On the positive side, the breakfast options were great with a lot of variety and well done. The hotel itself is clean, and the suite-style rooms are spacious and comfortable. Parking is available, but the spaces are extremely tight, so be prepared if you’re driving a larger vehicle. Overall, it’s a solid hotel with strong amenities and a great location, but attention to noise, maintenance details, and staff professionalism would elevate the experience.

We stopped at this hotel to break up a long drive with family as it is conveniently located right next to I-95. I have three kids (5 years, 2 years and 3 months old). The costumer service was the worst of any major hotel chain I have ever experienced. Early check-in (even 15 minutes early) was not allowed, which after traveling all day with kids you could imagine my pain. Then I asked for a crib. Told they didn’t have any but could look for a pack n play. I called guest services three times to follow up on whether a pack n play could be obtained but NO ONE EVER PICKED UP. That’s correct. Three phone calls, dozens of rings and no one picked up. I went to the nearby target and purchased my own pack n play. I am still in shock over the complete lack of costumer service.

Worst Embassy Suites experience I’ve had. I arrived about 30 minutes early and was told the room wasn’t ready. After waiting 20 minutes, my room was upgraded, and I do want to acknowledge the front desk associate for being kind and professional. Later, I tried to get a snack from the snack bar but the line was so long due to understaffing it would take forever to get the snacks. I decided to order room service instead, only to be told there is no room service—despite the website advertising in-suite dining. To add to the frustration, while sitting quietly in the bar area waiting for my to-go order, I was asked to move to the side or back. Horrible customer service from that restaurant staff member. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from Embassy Suites. Disappointing experience.
