We recommend staying somewhere else. The room was uncomfortable most of the night and the staff seemed to not care.

This place is a dump. Broken dryer they know about but don’t put a sign up and their solution is to send everyone this happens to over to the comfort inn. So you can take your wet clothes to their dumpy dryer where someone just left a permanent marker in there.

We arrived very late in the evening (close to midnight). The front desk was initially empty, but someone showed up quickly. The staff member, Tammy, was super welcoming and helpful in booking us a room for the night. The room itself was clean and comfortable; one of the outlets didn't seem to work, but everything else was great. The breakfast bar was well-stocked with many delicious options. All staff members we encountered were friendly. Overall, a comfortable, quiet, and affordable stay.

This hotel definitely needs some attention, especially in the area of customer service.  My wife and I stayed 6 nights so we were able to experience most of what this hotel offers.  It started off with a bad experience at check-in and continued throughout our stay.  I'm referring to the front desk and the customer service.  Most of the times, no one is up front.  They are usually in the back or side room and many times on their cell phones.  Often, I would stay at the counter for several minutes hoping they would see me if they had cameras.  I usually had to shout a few times for someone to show up.  Then, and this was for more than one person, they would act like I was inconveniencing them, like they were upset for working.  Just attitude issues.  The breakfast could be better.  The selection isn't bad but the various food items had issues.  The oatmeal, when offered, was usually very hard and overcooked.  The bread container had gnats on the different bread items.  The potatoes were cold with some pieces still being frozen. The fitness room is horrible.  No towels, TV didn't work, only 1 treadmill, no weights.  When I entered the room the first day, it was 90 degrees in there.  Thank goodness the A/C worked.  Before I even entered the room, my first experience with the room, was that my key didn't work.  When I went to the front desk and finally was able to speak to a person, she, with attitude, said "the room is outside by the pool"!  I told her I knew where the room was and the door won't open with my key.  She blamed it on the sun.  Then she reprogrammed my key and blamed it on another worker that should have programmed the key.  When my wife tried to use her key, it didn't work either.  And when I went to my room, my key didn't work and had to get the keys reprogrammed again.  And to top it all, the front desk acted annoyed when my wife and I, the customers, should have been annoyed.  Just terrible customer service.  Management needs to get involved and either do some serious training or get new people that want to work.  The room was okay, piles of pepper or dirt that was never picked up, a few stains on the bedspread, wires/tape dangling from the wall, A/C that made funny noises, a light switch missing it's wall plate (electrical hazard), vegetation around the pool and green pool water, and so on. Maid service tried to enter our room even though we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Guess that doesn't mean anything!  I don't use Hilton often and compared to Marriott, they have a lot to do to measure up to Marriott's hotels, especially with this hotel.  For the amount of money that we spent for 6 days, what we received in their product and services, was not even half of the amount paid!  Hopefully this review will help others and think twice about coming to this hotel, especially until they improve the above items.
