The bed and towels had noticeable stains, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and the shower never got hot. Also, the room was booked for five people, yet only two sets of towels were provided. I was traveling with my 91 year old Dad and he has some needs obviously so I asked for late checkout... normal checkout is 11am. I asked for 1230. Even as a Hilton Honors member the answer was "housekeeping doesn't like to do that". Not a great answer in my opinion.
