  We decided to stop here on our road trip home from Disney with our two children. The hotel was extremely charming, and all of the staff were so friendly and kind. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, we left the day we checked in and accidentally left our child’s beloved “baby” elephant in the room. Once we got home, we assumed it was long gone—we weren’t even sure which hotel it might’ve been left at. We bought a replacement, but of course, it just wasn’t the same! Fast forward a few weeks, and I received a text from the hotel saying they had found an item of ours. We were able to get it shipped back home. We were so excited! The package arrived promptly, and our daughter now has her baby back again. THANK YOU so much for going above and beyond. 10/10 experience! 😊

  Rented two rooms for a group of us to stay. Overall I really enjoyed the stay! Huge rooms, great service at the bar, beautiful hotel. A few negatives- I checked in, both rooms, under my name. Friends arrived and the staff gave them keys to the room- without contacting me, or verifying anything which is concerning. Typically if your name isn’t in the reservation- keys aren’t given out! My other complaint would be about the suite. It came with a pull out couch- yet there were no sheets, pillows or blankets for use. Or if there were we couldn’t find them anywhere. Overall it was a wonderful experience! Staff, even valet, were so nice and accommodating. I do recommend a stay at this hotel.

  This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Extremely clean, welcoming, and staffed by friendly personnel. We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations and found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. We will undoubtedly return. Last but certainly not least, we appreciate the outstanding service provided by the valet and bar staff.

  I stay at the hotel for 5 nights on the 3rd night my car was broken in to in the valet parking that I paid extra for fair enough it happens. They then early Checked me out 2 nights early no refund and no window replacement the duty manager Jessica was very unprofessional about the matter keep walking away when I asked why we had to check out 2 days prior with a broken truck window used the excuse that I was rude and wouldn’t give me any contact for the manager of the hotel told me he be in the hotel in couple days.The neighborhood in general has gangs of homeless people all around the hotel definitely give it a miss if you like you car in one peace

  We had an absolutely wonderful time. It is a perfect getaway. The rooms were clean and sufficient. The food at Shirley's was excellent....literally one of the best meals I have had in a while and the prices VERY fair. I am not sure why this place doesn't garner more attention...because it should.
