2nd time stay in four months. This place is solid. Great team, friendly, prepared, and professional. Clean comfortable rooms, great workout room and pool, and really quality made to order breakfast. They will more than earn your business- don’t hesitate to stay. One tip: the first floor rooms have high ceilings with sound acoustics. If you are sensitive to outside sound-try a different floor. We were okay with it, but it’s noticeable. As a trade-off our view was inviting.

Room was clean. Service left much to be desired. Child broke a glass in our room. Called for some assistance to help clean it up. A vacuum was dropped at the door. It was a jar of pickles, asked if there was anything cleaner wise to help clean it up. Guy brought me a rag and bleach based tilex. Left, no assistance offered at all. Also breakfast cost $15 a person and the 2 bottoles of water and keurig supplies about $5 if you use them. First time ever charged for those. At this point just sitting here waiting to see what other charges are going to start rolling in. Find another hotel.

BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK A ROOM WITH A JOINT/ADJOINING DOOR/ROOM OPTION IN THE ROOM! But should I have to even say that!?! I booked a room with my young daughter and her friend for one night to visit Busch Gardens. Upon our return after the park, we were able to hear light conversation from the adjoining room. Wasn't anything would couldn't deal with. I go to sleep & they stayed up. They wake me up to tell me that the adjoining room is very audible. Yup..moaning and all the noises associated with exactly what you think. How disgusting & horrible for anyone to have to hear so clearly, let alone these two young girls. I call the desk and was told they can make a phone call about it. Then we hear the phone ring like it was in our room. Quiet and then they just turn their TV on blast. Call again, same thing, nothing is being done. We barely slept and were supposed to go to the park again to enjoy the day. Check out was even more disgraceful. I was offered free breakfast(which was already included) with my stay and was told that more should have been done by the person that was working that night. She also stated that next time I should make sure not to book a room with an adjoining door. WHAT!?! Now that is my problem & I should have booked a room w/o one. I didn't have a choice of what room & would think that if you have this door in a room that there would be some type of appropriate install that would prevent this from being an issue. Definitely a HILTON Problem!
