  Clean but Mold/Mildew Odor Throughout Building My room was very clean and well-kept, but there was a strong mildew or mold smell throughout the entire left side of the hotel, affecting all odd-numbered rooms on every floor. The odor was immediately noticeable and made the stay uncomfortable. As someone with asthma, this was especially concerning — I had to use my inhaler several times due to the poor air quality. Anyone with respiratory sensitivities would likely have issues staying here. I’m also concerned for the staff who work in that area every day and have to breathe that air regularly. It’s unfortunate because the cleanliness and service were otherwise good, but the air quality and mildew odor really need urgent attention. Once this issue is resolved, it could be a much better place to stay.

  I was there for 2 nights on a business trip. The checking process was easy and the clerk was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars was because the TV didnt work. It would display the names like Netflix, Disney+, live TV,etc but then it said nothing was programmed. I called the desk but she didn't know what to do. It was a minor inconvenience!!! The breakfast was great. They had these little lemon-poppyseed scones that i couldn't stop eating, lol. All in all a great stay and I'd go back.

  We had an airbnb reservation that was flooded and we were hours away from home. I called Hampton Inn and Edward was the most wonderful person that saved our weekend away vacation. The hotel was very clean, service was kind. There was no runaround about pricing despite us having to find accommodation for us and 2 dogs. Thank you so much!

  This place is on its last leg. The photos are very deceiving. It's tucked behind another business and between a Dollar Tree and an abandoned building(?) While the lobby looked ok, the halls were dim and smelled musty and damp along with other unidentifiable odors. My room had black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and the floor was very sticky. The window had a long crack going down it with some brown matter smeared on it. The bedding was damp. The entertainment center has visible bloating on the bottom from water damage. The ceiling above the entry was peeling off. The other room our group received had the same issue with the bathroom floor, the bedding, and the furniture having water damage. Plus there was blue and green matter clinging to a fixture on the ceiling in the entryway. We decided to cancel our stay and the gentleman at the desk was rude when we complained. Very disappointing as it's supposed to be a Hilton property.

  King room felt kind of small but was clean. Breakfast was not near as hearty as other Hampton Inns. One time the elevator didnt work in the 2 days we were there, took the stairs. We didn't get a chance to use it but the pool looked nice, clean.
