Hampton Inn is my go-to, without reading reviews, but I wish I had now. This is the worst HI I've ever stayed in. The front desk staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The ADA room was jammed with furniture making it difficult to get my wheelchair in. The roll-in shower was spacious, but the rust and caulking made it unpleasant. Our bed was made incorrect (beds are not square) so the corners kept coming off. Clothing label on the floor upon check-in. Trash was never emptied, except by the night desk staff and myself (same for towels). I found a do-not-disturb sign on my door that I didn't put there. Pretty sure that's how housekeeping dodged their cleaning duties. I know someone came into the room since my wife's travel makeup mirror was missing when we packed for check-out. We figured we would find it when we unpacked at home. No such luck. I should have listened to my wife who wanted to leave and find a nicer hotel. Visiting family during the day was great, but seeing what we came back to for 4 nights was disappointing. This hotel needs serious renovations or close it. $130 per day was very overpriced. *** I gave this info to Hilton and they refunded my entire stay. That's customer service.

I want to give a shout out to the amazing hospitality provided by the General Manager Ryan. He really is fantastic and makes the whole place feel like 5 star treatment. He was warm and welcoming both on the phone and in person when we checked in. And made us feel at home right away with fresh tea and coffee. We also had requested at booking extra pillows and he had them fluffed right on arrival for us. The room is spacious and clean, the pillows fluffy and the breakfast included! Highly recommend and want to say thank you to Ryan for making our stay so nice. Our dog also loves the bed!

The staff was quite friendly and attentive. The rooms were as expected. The gym was fairly nice. Breakfast was the typical poor “American hotel breakfast”. We didn’t have any issues until the morning we were leaving when we captured this cockroach.

This hotel is Not a basic motel, lets start there. First the room was gross 🤢Look at pictures. The services ie hotel print service not working, washing machine not working, room discussing, pool only 1 towel... no more available? Room fridge not cold just cool. Dresser won't open? The front desk was rude and not helpful. Very dismissive and lacking care. Never fixed any problems. 1 star service in a 5 star facade 😠

I don't think I would stay there again. They did warn us during the checkin that they were making renovations to some rooms. My bed and pillows were pretty comfy and the bedroom size was nice, but the bathroom could have used some decent cleaning as it looked like they had just wiped some things down but not actually scrubbed the. There was some hair in my shower and toothpaste drippings dried in the sink.
