The services ie hotel print service not working, washing machine not working, room discussing, pool only 1 towel... no more available? Room fridge not cold just cool. Dresser won't open? The front desk was rude and not helpful. Very dismissive and lacking care. Never fixed any problems. 1 star service in a 5 star facade ðŸ˜

My bed and pillows were pretty comfy and the bedroom size was nice, but the bathroom could have used some decent cleaning as it looked like they had just wiped some things down but not actually scrubbed the. There was some hair in my shower and toothpaste drippings dried in the sink.

However, I will share our experience with the wonderful Front Desk Manager, Alex throughout our stay. Alex, was put into our lives for a reason. We needed her and she had no idea. Her genuine kindness and compassion for others was felt in every interaction. My children felt so comfortable and cared for in their daily interactions. Although, issues did come up, Alex handled them with grace and an efficiency that we have never come in contact with before. Thanks for all the hospitality!!
