    Can't say enough good things about this hotel. It's definitely a modest price point for those of us who are looking for a deal and need to be close to shops or groceries. It's right in the middle of Jersey and South Carolina...so all my family had 5 hour trips either way. The indoor pool is the best in cold weather seasons. My kids loved it. But the shining trophy goes to the attendants that check in, serve breakfast, and welcome you in the evenings. Without their help, we would surely not have had as great of time as we did. I left a little shout out to Jason that works the desk...he's top notch!

    We stayed here for a soccer tournament, and the service was excellent. Kwame and team were very polite and text us throughout our stay, checking in on us to ensure we were happy with everything. Rooms were clean and housekeepers were very polite and greeted us anytime we saw them. This hotel and staff definitely are top notch! Thanks again!

    The hotel and room was nice however the heat thermostat was not working and the heat would not turn off and overheated the room. The desk agent told me she would comp me 3K Honors points to compensate me for my inconvenience and that I would see the points later that day. I emailed the hotel manager 7 days later when the points did not appear. After 8 days, I still had not received any response so I had to contact Hilton to get the points issued. Very disappointing customer service for a Diamond member.
