Thank you for your position on ICE in regards to all are welcomed including government employees regardless of their political affiliation and employment. I too along with millions more will continue with doing bussiness with Hilton. Thank you once again. The hotels I have stayed in have aways been up to Hilton standards and that is also greatly appreciated.

I don't patronize businesses whose conduct doesn’t align with my values and they're giving me the run around in deleting my profile. I used the chat option and they tell me to call the customer service number, and then they tell me I have to send an email. I will be filing official complaints if needed. Just delete my account!

I am not one to leave bad reviews for places, especially if a genuine effort is made to resolve an issue that comes up, but as this stay had multiple issues with minimal resolution attempts made, I felt compelled to share my experience. The first issue was attempting to book an earlier check-in time. I was staying at the hotel with a large group for my friend's wedding. The wedding rehearsal was booked for 5pm at the hotel, and everyone had a 4pm check-in time, so the bridal party attempted to call weeks in advance to get an earlier time. We were all told to call the day of our arrival and that we were not guaranteed to get an earlier time even if we did (this includes the bride and groom). The second issue was that they cancelled the brides reserved suite with no notice until the morning of arrival. They ultimately gave her a smaller room with a second room down the hall for the bridal party to get ready in, which while the accommodation of the added room was helpful, the fact they lost her reservation is the first place was concerning, and having to jump between two rooms (the second of which someone came in to clear out while we were still getting ready) added an extra challenge to the process. The third issue I noticed the morning after I arrived. I had been so rushed the night before getting ready for the rehearsal, I didn't notice how dusty my room was. It was later the next morning shortly before going to get ready for the wedding that I took the attached photo with dust so thick I could write in it. As the rest of the room seemed fine, I am choosing to assume it was well cleaned at some point but probably sat vacant for an extended period of time and was not checked/touched up prior to my arrival. I spoke to the staff at the desk about the dust. They didn't offer to have the room freshly cleaned, or for an alternative room, just asked if I wanted membership points (I am not a member) or a discount on breakfast the following morning, which didn't work since we had to leave early and were not staying for the brunch. I asked if they could take 10% off the room price and they gave me a management email. I sent a message the moment I left the building, and I never got a reply. So, I'm leaving a review instead. Accommodation is adequate, location is pretty good, but the service is severely lacking in areas. I would not recommend staying here if there are other options available.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the treatment my wife and I received from sounded ‘Ray’ a lady the manager on duty, on New Year’s Day. My wife was ill at the time, and I respectfully requested a short extension due to her condition. Despite explaining the situation, Ray was extremely rude and dismissive. She stated that an extension had already been given and insisted on charging an additional $25 per hour, showing no empathy or consideration for the circumstances involving a sick guest. What was most upsetting was not the policy itself, but the lack of professionalism, compassion, and understanding shown during the interaction. Her tone and attitude were inappropriate, and the situation was handled in a way that caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult moment. I believe hospitality should involve professionalism and basic human consideration, especially when health concerns are involved. I hope this matter is reviewed and addressed so future guests are treated with greater respect and care. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.

Edit: “though we can assure you that our team follows strict protocols when it comes to guest belongings and was instructed not to remove any of the souvenir champagne flutes from the tables” It is actually more insulting that you’re trying to gaslight me than your staff taking the souvenirs in the first place. I KNOW WHAT I SAW so you’re either a liar or you’re saying I’m one. Since I know I’m not lying, I’m going to go ahead and say this hotel is dishonest and if you value your personal property, you shouldn’t stay here. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt but the response from management is extremely unsettling. Original review: Let me start by saying I didn’t stay the night here, we were here for a Christmas party for my husband’s job. During the dinner a woman wearing the hotels uniform took my gift/commemorative souvenir off of the table and told me she would be back with it, stating it needed cleaned (it did not). She left before I could object and took many more of the gifts/souvenirs from other guests, never to be seen again. A few hour later, I stopped a gentleman who worked here and began to to explain (in the hopes he’d run back and look for them) but as I said the words “a lady took mine to clean it” he interrupted me to tell me “not someone who worked here, not someone who worked here, not someone who worked here.” and then after a small amount of back-and-forth, he informed me that the staff were not supposed to touch those souvenir items. It is my opinion that one of two things happened. She took them back, lost them or broke them and he was too lazy to go back and check or they orchestrated stealing several of our event souvenirs. Regardless of the reason it still left several people going home without their souvenirs. Now! Onto the food. Total salad: D- Salad dressing: B- Ruffiage : F- (Dressing needs to be good enough to convince me eating leaves it good… the dressing was nice but the lemon seeds, old looking fruits and veggies didn’t pair well and were actually gross. I took one bite and was grossed out. Over all disaster. Short rib dish: C+ Short rib: B- Potato: A+ Vegetables: D- Short ribs were not cooked long enough and weren’t fork tender. The meat was bland and underseasoned. The carrots and the broccoli were also undercooked so much so my husband said it was like biting into the stem of a flower. Neither the broccoli nor the carrots had any salt or seasoning whatsoever. It was like they pulled them out of the ground steamed them for five seconds and thought that was enough. The potatoes were excellent but sadly not enough to salvage the rest of the meal. Chocolate mousse dessert and cheesecake dessert A Both of these dishes were enjoyable. Probably not what most people would expect from this establishment, but I would say it wasn’t far off from the Cheesecake Factory.
