I arrived at 3pm after 14 hours of driving, room was not ready. Once room was ready, got in room, room was still dirty(as is the whole hotel). Ceilings in the hallway are severely damaged/missing due to water damage, ceilings in room are damaged/discolored from water damage. The bed was made, but the linens were dirty, stains on the mattress, carpets filthy, hair all over the sink, toilet and shower. The little shelfs in the shower were barely hanging on and the glass shower doors were dirty. The hallway had a special kind of stink to it, crossed my fingers and prayed when I needed to use the elevator. The ice machine on the 4th floor did not work and was covered in mold, ice machine on 3rd floor worked, but had mold. I can say I will not be staying at this hotel again. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unless they do some major repairs and cleaning, if they give you room 419, DON'T DO IT!

This hotel is the FILTHIEST in the Hilton inventory. If you are traveling down I-81 AVOID this place completely. Apparently, there is a transition of management and it is readily apparent that nothing is being done for the upkeep of the lodging. There were no pillows, throw pillows only. The bed linens were sparse and of poor quality. The bathroom had two thin towels, no hand towels, washclothes or bath mat. The dust in the room was palpable. Outside of the room, there were numerous trip/fall hazards and blocked-off commons areas (definite fire code violations). Broken pieces of shower accessories were cleared in order not to become cut. The morning breakfast was inedible and should be followed up by a Wythe County Public Health Department visit. I am shocked that Hilton would allow this to happen. It is reasoned that they are not screening those managing partners for their management acumen, hygiene, understanding of cleanliness standards, or integrity.

Rooms are decent but could definitely use some attention. Laminate peeling from cabinets. The breakfast was definitely low quality. Hard boiled eggs that were either spoiled or a week old. Coffee was like brown water. It's a decent location on a route we frequent, which is why we stay here.

Hotel was dirty and in a state of disrepair. Not up to normal Hilton / Hampton standards.
