When the hotel alerted me that there was a problem with my room, I was only 30 minutes away. I panicked and explained the situation regarding my physical needs. I asked them to please work on a fix. Shortly after we arrived, Sarah and was on the phone trying to work out a solution with Kaitlyn's assistance. Ultimately a very creative solution was found that was better than our original room. Kaitlin and Madeiro helped get that room cleaned up promptly so that we could unpack and rest before wedding activities that evening. Unforseen circumstances occur with hotel rooms. What is important is good customer service and hard-working employees to help make the situation right. Thank you!

When I asked the staff for help they were adamant that I likely left it home instead of actually trying to track it down. When I asked for room service they didn't do it at my request but when it was convenient for them. I only wanted it during my off days not when I was out working cause of my personal belongings already going missing. Breakfast was late on a few days. The staff likes to gossip about other members at the front desk, so it makes it for an uncomfortable stay. On a positive note the gym was nice and coffee is served all day . After I discussed my issues with my employer , they pulled the rest of the crew and had us stay somewhere else. I personally like the Hilton but I'll never stay at this location ever again. Wish my phone was turned in as it had photos of my daughter when she was a baby on it.
