    I booked this hotel to catch my son’s basketball game at Liberty. Was very disappointed in the rooms. The first room smelt like smoke got another room and it was better but the shower reminders def me of a time capsule it was so small. I would hit my hand on the ceiling everytime I raised my hand in the shower. The staff however was very friendly. If you are taller than 5’10” book somewhere else lol.

    If it was not for the disgusting air vent and odd smell I would have given a 4 star. They need to clean their air vents. I have video but I don’t see where I can adid it. Other than that it was clean but definitely has an odd smell.

    Stayed here for a visit, booked last minute the receptionist was very accommodating. Photos are out dated rooms and interior completely remodeled. Definitely recommend

    The only complaint that I have is the lack of breakfast options. With the amount of money we paid to stay there... breakfast items were extremely limited in selection. There needs to be more variety besides bagels, cereal, muffins, fruit, and yogurt. Absolutely NO hot foods ... not even bacon or sausage.

    Highly recommended hotel. A wonderful stay on a wedding trip/women's conference trip. We had a major issue with a room that was assigned to us. But we had no fear because Gino the man was here. He swooped in and fixed our issue to make our stay as good as we wanted it to be. He took initiative to get up off his seat and clean a dirty room that needed to be cleaned for us to move. Most people his age don’t want to work and have no respect whatsoever for their elders. Well Gino is the complete opposite. He was attentive, demonstrating his knowledge of this industry and made us feel more then welcomed. Even bought my wife a frozen meal from the market out of his own money when he heard all she ate was popcorn from the women’s conference. This is the hotel to stay at and Gino is the guy you want helping with your needs if any. Way to go Hilton!
