I ate two eggs and two bacon and coffee. We'll over $30. The place looked nice, but not worth it for the exhorbent price. They also should tell you ahead of time that breakfast is not free.

Working with Jennifer and David was seamless from start to finish. They were communicative, accommodating and made sure everything was set up exactly as we needed. The hotel is conveniently located on Ward Road, close to many major stores and restaurants, which made it easy for our guests to grab anything they needed throughout the weekend. We’ve always had great experiences with Hilton hotels and this was no exception. Our guests were comfortable, well taken care of and appreciated having an affordable option for the wedding weekend. Highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn for anyone looking for reliable and welcoming accommodations.

When I reached out to let the staff know, their response was dismissive and unhelpful — no concern, no apology, no accountability. The room itself didn’t feel particularly clean to begin with and unfortunately I was right. I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels, and this was by far one of the most disappointing (and unsettling) experiences I’ve had. Spend your money somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness and guest health.
