  This place needs to be shut down!! I had a reservation for Dec 26th to Dec 28th… after driving over 8 hours due to traffic and having to attend a funeral I arrived after 9pm.. this place is absolutely disgusting and I work for best western and trust and believe I will be pressing the issue and will be contacting your RSM for this location, I was givin room 128 at first and walking into the room stains everywhere including the bed and smelled horrible of mold and mildew! Went straight back to the front desk and the 3 unprofessional front desk staff stated “well all our rooms are like that so…” then proceeded to hand me keys to room 105 which had visibly bed bug sheets on it along with dirt and stains everywhere!! I know for a FACT best western will be coming to take that name off of this raggedy establishment when I make the proper phone calls!! Not one worker was dressed appropriately for best western, EVERYTHING WAS OUTDATED and not up to par !! The beds visibly sink in, in the middle and way too small! Also this establishment is using the wrong linen for best western and the beds are not made correctly, the front desk staff needs to be trained all over again and have more compassion for travelers !! I refused to stay with my two small kids who in fact have medical conditions! I ended up having to drive over an hour to a relative house to stay because it was so late… after also seeing other reviews on this place and the response back from the new “management” they need to be fired too!! You can obviously tell nobody at this establishment cares about this place nor the job itself!! This place has been long over do obviously for a best western inspection !!! I can guarantee you my establishment is a castle compared to this place!!! It’s 2025 about to be 2026 best western has new guidelines that have been set in place that should have been done this month!!! I was not greeted upon check in, I was not thanked for being a rewards member, I was not advised of the new promotions in place (this is all best western standards when checking in) !!!

  The location was great for my activities. However this was not a great experience. The ice bucket had mold in it. The remote was badly worn. The shower creaked for about 30 minutes after being used. The towel rack was laying on the counter broken. The snack/ ice machine area smelled like smoke. We didn't have our room serviced. So we went to the desk for wash cloths and they didnt have any. Also the phones were not working in any of the rooms. I have called numerous times to speak with someone about this. Either they dont answer or they answer and the manager isn't there.

  We reserved the King with Kitchenette for 2 nights. I chose the kitchenette so we could have the option of having a larger fridge and a way to maybe make a little food. The room came with an apartment size refrigerator and kitchen sink. No Microwave, plates, cups or any utensils at all. No way to make coffee. The in room phone did not work at all to call out or to the front desk. No hairdryer. So spending a little extra for a "kitchenette" was worthless. Room was clean though. The front desk help was a bit unenthusiastic.

  To begin with, have a disability. Upon arrival I stopped at front desk to ask for help to my room. , I was denied. No one was present. Staff was sitting in a group at leisure in eating area. Stared , did not acknowledge my entrance until I looked confused. Did not stand to greet just hollered out if I needed something or to check in. Was handed the key card in a stapled piece of paper makeshift slip cover. MASSIVE. Fruit fly infestation in room. Had to cover our heads to sleep. Tub had dead flies and hair inside. Dead flies and dirt on carpet. Phone was broken. Remote controls were sticky and filthy. Toilet tissue was from prior guest and half used. Ac system was at half capacity. Microwave was slightly dirty inside and rusted. Vending machine for ice had the pink mildew all around the outside. Headboards had some sort of substance dried on it. I asked repeatedly for a fresh set of towels for my two day weekend and was met with resistance and told they didn’t have any clean(parking lot was not at full capacity) literally told no with a visual behind desk person of an entire fresh set then asked to BRING HER my dirty towels and wash cloths TO the front desk and she’d wash them for me? ( I had privacy tag on door as my belongings were everywhere and we had an event to attend The staff were lounging on guest foyer areas most of the time, watching tv or gathering outside. The night desk person was so dead asleep that their mouth was wide open. The coffee in food area was so odd and undrinkable the juice machine had little chunks or floating like the dispensers weren’t cleaned regularly (apple juice doesn’t have texture) the food items were dry or stale. We were awakened both mornings VERY early to cleaning crew slamming around with raised voices and gossip hollering up and down the hall ( way too early) and kept up our first night by what sounded like running toddlers or children above us. So in closing, I felt judged for being injured and handicap, snubbed, rejected, NO SLEEP WHATSOEVER, denied of basic safety and hygienic services promised in advertising, unsafe conditions , dirty, and food safety issues. This stay felt like I was here to serve the staff. I would close this entire establishment down if I were a health inspector. My personal clientele own beautiful homes and entertain hundreds of guests each event. regularly in this area regularly. They book rooms for their guests and family to visit while doing so. I will be advising they absolutely do not ever book any of us here again as they will be humiliated that they have put people up for relaxation not boot camp. My next step is to contact the health department.

  Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was dirty, stains on the bed, hair in the shower, bugs everywhere. There were large groups of people loitering in and outside of the hotel, clearly they were not all guests. I noticed several people using the laundry facilities, then going to their cars with clean clothes and leaving (obviously not guests). Late into the evening, cars were parked out front of the hotel with groups of people hanging out, cigarette and marijuana smoke everywhere and being pulled into my room by the AC unit. No staff member from the hotel made an attempt to intervene. Police were called, crowds somewhat dispersed, but shouting went on out front after police left- still no intervention by hotel staff. DO NOT STAY HERE!
