- HLHenry LittlejohnJan 5, 20261.0Me and My family have been coming to hampton in hillsville the last 3 or 4 years, our previous stay was horrible and day shift manager was rude and over charged our family 53.00 and couldn’t explain the charge to me i did call corporate to complain they referred me back to the manager so i gave up on trying figure why i was over charged, then we went back there this past thursday because we are hilton members to find out that our family was on a do not rent list and we found another hotel that welcomed our business for the night, i have also reached out to the GM in a email and have not received a response just yet, but i do hope that the manager will be held accountable for his actions with over charging and being rude to customers, but i wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all, because none of my complaints or issues haven’t been resolved, and wouldn’t want other customers to go through what our family went through because I myself work in a hotel business and would have never done this to our customers.

Upon checking in our room we were greeted with a horrible odor, and dirty room. Thankfully, we were able to be moved to another room. All in all, a very poor experience.
