- DTD T6 days ago4.0We had a wonderful stay at the Reston Hampton Inn & Suites. The rates were affordable. Once we arrived we were greeted by Aiden who was a fantastic concierge 💁. He was very detailed and ultra helpful with suggestions of restaurants in the area. The shuttle service was also a perfect addition to our stay. All of the hotel 🏨 staff were very courteous, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and modern, spacious with lovely 3d wallpaper. The breakfast boutique was fresh and clean and the coffee tea bar was packed full of options. The hotel is not far from the Reston Town Center where there are lots of restaurants, bars, shopping 🛍️ and more. We actually went ice skating 🧊 ⛸️. Over all this was the perfect choice for our weekend out of town. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Herndon/Reston, Va

From Ayden at the front desk, who was absolutely amazing, to the cleanliness and attention to detail provided by Marisol M, our stay was fantastic. This is our 2nd time staying here and it is one of our favorite places to stay when in the area. We also love the streaming TVs, as most hotels do not offer this, and we like to watch our Netflix shows while traveling.

A big variety of breads as well as self serviced-waffles bar. Fresh fruits is also great. The ladies working the breakfast room were kind and attentive. Nice gym with rack full of weights up to 75 lbs, treadmills, peloton bike, etc. small but adequate. Pool is clean and open from 9 am -10 pm. The front desk is professional although not especially friendly. Overall a great experience!

However, the thing that sets this hotel apart is the TREMENDOUS customer service. The staff here are not only professional and friendly, but went above and beyond with any request we had and always made it feel like not only was it not a burden, but that they were genuinely happy to help. The free shuttle service within 3 miles of the hotel was very useful and allowed us to go shopping and to dinner without having to uber or get a rental car. They were quick to respond and picked us up with smiles and a friendly attutude. My daughter and I travel alot and this is the best customer service we have received anywhere. I would HIGHLY recommended staying here.
