    Worst customer service; 1st they gave us a room on 2nd floor which they knew had the AC broken. Then this is the third day and after several polite requests to have our room cleaned no one has come to clean or eveb replace our old towels. NOT RECOMMENDED

    We had a good time at the hotel, quite short as it was just for a night but highlights for us were the spacious suite, airport shuttle, great breakfast with multiple options and superb omelette made to your taste.The room and bathroom were clean.The initial attendant at the reception was a bit cold but the other staff were very nice. There is a nice French bakery just across the street, we enjoyed good croissants and other Paris delicacies as well. will definitely recommend

    The hotel's automated system charged us $300 for a "smoking" fee. Nobody was smoking in the room, and nobody was even present in the room during the time their system says this occurred. We attempted to talk to front desk staff about this, and they directed us to email a manager - who was mysteriously not present on any day we were there. A month later, we follow up as the manner has still not been resolved, and it turns out the "manger" we were told to email no longer even works at this hotel! We then attempted to talk to a manager again (now a month later) and the hotel refused to let us speak to management. Between the random automated charge, and the fact that hotel is refusing to speak to us about it, is very shady practice. Bordering on scam. After talking to staff over the phone for the 4th time, a manager finally called back, and he had the audacity to hang up after ONE ring. (we tried to answer, but he hung up). This person, Malcolm, then emailed right after saying he attempted to contact us, claiming we did not answer. Ridiculous. This hotel has no problem throwing random charges onto your account. And if you want to question it, the entire staff has seemingly been told to deflect, and deny. We will be escalating this to corporate, as the hotel staff/management has given us the run-around for over a month as we've tried to resolve this in a civil manner. If you are considering a stay here, consider staying somewhere else. EDIT: The actual manager of the hotel, Yolanda, has finally emailed us, and acknowledged the failure by hotel staff to handle the situation effectively. It turns out "Malcolm" was not actually the manager, and was just a random staff member who attempted to pose as the manager to me over the phone. After looking into it, Yolanda said, "There was a refusal to speak with you. That's not how we handle any of our guests so I was very shock to hear this happened." (a direct quote from her email) And a $300 refund has finally been processed by the hotel.

    This hotel is the worst. We arrived at the hotel one day before thanksgiving. When we got in the room , we noticed that there is no soap and shampoo. We called them several times and they said we don’t have in stock. . Unfortunately on thanksgiving day everywhere was closed and we couldn’t buy soap and shampoo. After 2 days still nothing. I went down and talked with the receptionist and said I can buy soap and shampoo for the hotel for free. Honestly they are so disrespectful and I am so sorry for my self that decided to waste my money being in this hotel. I am waiting to get some follow up from the management. Honestly it is a shame having a customer service like this. I am sure if anyone has the same experience they would write the worst review for the hotel. I am sorry that these days the companies don’t care about their customers and they do what ever that they want. It’s a shame.
