Isys was amazing at checkin. She also came over to the bar to serve us. It was absolutely an amazing experience. She is amazing. 100 stars.

We had our grandchildren come over and play board games. The suite aspect of the room made this comfortable.
Then we all went swimming. We ate at the restaurant later and they loved the burgers and ice cream desert.
We’ve repeated this every year since during visits because they requested it. Fun.

Worst experience ever!
I had the worst experience in this hotel. They were late to pick me up from the airport, late to send me back, and even delayed checking me into my room. They also mixed up my luggage and wasted a lot of my time because they kept confusing the room numbers. On top of that, their attitude was unbelievably rude — every single staff member I dealt with was impolite and unprofessional. I’ve traveled to 54 countries, and this is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport and it truly exceeded my expectations! I would give it a well-deserved 5 stars. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The spacious room was a perfect retreat after a long day, and the cleanliness of the amenities was impressive. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport, I highly recommend the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport.

This was literally one of the worst experiences with a hospitality staff that I’ve ever experienced. If you’re looking for a place to stay with friendly service this isn’t it. If you’re relying on their shuttle service this isn’t it. If you just need a nice room to sleep during your stay it’s perfect. Upon arrival we asked about restaurants or food nearby and the staff said “I don’t know use DoorDash”. We asked about the shuttle on 3 different occasions and got 3 different answers from the same person. 1st it runs 5am-11am then again at 4pm-10pm. Then it was it runs every 30 minutes. Then it was it’s on demand. We had a late flight and shuttle service apparently stops at 10pm so be aware. I love Embassy Suites but this one is the absolute worst.
