I was doing a block for my daughter’s upcoming wedding, and she was extremely accommodating & professional; she heard my needs and fulfilled them 100%!! Shanna is the epitome of excellence, providing world class service consistently!!I’m so very grateful for her help!! She was also very patient with me because I have never done this before - she took her time, educated me and ensured everything was done right and I cannot wait to meet her!! To then get turned away at the door saying they gave my room up and there was no more other available rooms. Then was charged anyways. Every time I’ve called to get the situation off my card they pass me around to multiple people and the situation has never been resolved after 3 months of calling weekly. I travel often and this has been my worst expirence with a hotel. They now have claimed I’m lying and that they never turned me away at the door. I’ve sent them multiple screenshots of these interactions but still said that I won’t get money back. Don’t waste your time booking here and chancing getting charged for a room you didn’t even stay in.
