My husband and I traveled with our 21 and 18 yr old children. The room was perfect for all of us. It was roomy (2 queen beds with a pull out couch), clean, and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the sheets felt soft. The extra linens for the pull out couch included a heavy waffle blanket, but the front desk staff offered us a down blanket as well. Sydney, who worked the front desk, was friendly, helpful, and had impeccable manners. Breakfast was plentiful and the area well stocked and clean. Lots of tables and cozy nooks in which to eat or enjoy coffee or read. The morning staff working the kitchen and front desk were also friendly and accommodating. The only negatives would be the hallway carpet - it looked like it had not been vacuumed for quite some time. The floor of the elevator also needed to be mopped. I'm sure it's difficult to keep those areas clean if there is heavy foot traffic.

Family of 4 stayed for 2 nights, I'm assuming they don't have concrete floors because I couldn't sleep either of the 2 nights because of the people staying above me wouldn't stop running back and forth keeping us up all night. I reported it to front desk. They didn't offer to change room. Only offers to make a phone call to the room which made them become even more louder. Paid in advance and tried to get a refund for the 2nd night so we could go somewhere else but the hotel refused. World's slowest elevators and coldest indoor pool. Don't waste your money.

My experience as a guest was excellent, 10/10. The service and attention were outstanding, the rooms were very clean, and the room service was excellent. The overall quality was also 10/10. In my opinion, everything was perfect. It is in a very good location

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel, and I want to specifically recognize Assistant Manager Thomas for his exceptional dedication and leadership. Even after what had to be a 12-hour shift, Thomas remained friendly, accommodating, and just as committed to each guest as he surely was earlier in the day.
It was clear that the rest of the staff were being led by example. I personally watched Thomas move seamlessly from answering questions and supporting the front desk staff, to mopping floors, picking up trash in the parking lot, and even folding laundry — all while maintaining a welcoming, approachable smile.
As a Hilton Honors Diamond Status member, I’ve stayed at many properties and know excellence when I see it. Thomas, along with the entire team at this hotel, truly goes above and beyond. Cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere are absolutely essential, and this hotel delivers on both.
I will most definitely be staying here again

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, the room was not clean. The mirrors were dirty, the window had visible smudges and forehead marks, and the toilet was not functioning properly. The bed linens were extremely wrinkled—so much so that it looked like someone had already slept in or rolled around in the bed—and we found hair on the sheets, which was especially concerning. The shower also appeared not to have been properly cleaned, as there was hair present there as well.
Beyond the cleanliness issues, the overall experience fell well below expectations. The elevator was broken, which caused significant traffic jams and delays throughout the hotel. Additionally, the coffee situation was frustrating: the coffee in the breakfast area was already empty by 9:00 a.m., and when returning to our room to make coffee, we discovered a cracked plastic coffee cup that had already been opened and was filled with water and debris.
Overall, this stay did not meet the level of cleanliness, comfort, or service we expected, and I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.
