The TV wasn't working, the phone either to call front desk. Tub wouldn't drain properly. Toilets extremely low. One elevator not working. Room walls need a coat of fresh paint. They're dirty looking. Breakfast wasn't to bad, just need some plain eggs without peppers.

This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. We called to reserve the meeting room. When getting there for the day of our meeting, the lady said we did not have a reservation. Someone dropped the ball, understandable. However, the service from the lady running the front desk who said she was the manager was absolutely terrible. She was very condescending telling us we were wrong, that we did not reserve the room, that no one on her staff could have dropped the ball. Even after her showing her that we called on our phone with their phone number she still continued to be very condescending and insisting that it was our fault and not theirs. Absolutely terrible

I should’ve heeded the other reviews that said hotel does not meet the Hampton standards. The main reason I stay at Hampton Inn is because it has usually been updated and well maintained but not the case for this one and hopefully it’s the exception. While issues are largely cosmetic (old/worn furniture, curtains shredded, bathtub caulk deteriorated, old outlet covers, see pics), it doesn’t set a comforting tone for the place you need to sleep. Otherwise, staff were very friendly and attentive and breakfast was good as usual except the waffle batter was a bit off this time which just added to my disappointment since their waffle makers usually produce the crispiest and fluffiest Belgian waffles. Hopefully Hilton can drive consistent standards across its chains or I’ll be using a different chain.

Maintenance is non-existent.
It took 4 attempts carrying luggage to receive a key that opened a room door with no apologies or caring by staff....
Only 1 of 2 elevators worked....
The heat literally didn't work on a 27 degree night....the insulation of surrounding rooms made the temperature somewhat bearable.
The toilet tissue sat on the bath counter since the holder was broken.
The final straw was discovering old blood stains on my pillow case in the morning that I hadn't noticed the evening before.
It was a good hotel long ago that has turned into a disgusting dump.
And if you are a Hilton Honors member, expect no better treatment.
