The light in the entry didn't work, the TV didn't work, and one of plugs did not work. I recommend skipping this place if others Hotels are available.

I’ll never step foot in this location again after seeing my bathroom floor crawling with bugs . What a shame it’s in a great location within walking distance to a number of restaurants)

I was coming in for work and we chose the DoubleTree for those cookies, well the hotel looked fun, and the cookies were just a plus. I chatted via the app pre-arrival to see if we could get an upgrade and was able to get into a larger room. Laurie was able to help. Easy check in on arrival via the app. The room was spacious and clean. I walked into a perfect cool temp room. The bed was comfy bed and there was a hot shower. The room had a safe and fridge too. Only downside was the pool was closed for maintenance. I did bring along my trunks but not the end of the world. Would still give it a 5 out of 5. The service was great here and this is a really nice hotel. A little older but adds to the charm and the rooms were very nicely updated Thank you, Laurie, and everyone for making our stay great.

The food was.deliously prepared by the always pleasant Herman( aka snoopdog.... micheal Jordan) and the hostess Dee was delightful.and sweet. Moreover if I'm paying 170 plus for a hotel that advertises an indoor pool I shouldn't have to arrive with my excited child to find out that pool has been down for maintenance. False advertising and wouldn't ever stay in a Doubletree again. Holiday Inn is cleaner, less run down, and might actually have a pool that they advertise for a lower cost.
