I stayed here in October 2025. It is nothing like the photos. Everything is highly worn, the carpets are dirty, the paint is beat up.
The shower was disgustingly filthy. (see attached photo) Lamps were broken. The elevator did not seem reliable or safe, and it's inspection certificate had expired 3 months prior, making it unlawful to operate. (see attached photo)
My room heat was not working, it was below 60degF in the room and the fan could not be turned off so it was only blowing cold air. I reported it to the front desk who said maintenance would be up right away and that there was nothing else they could do, but it was more than 24 hours before maintenance showed up and determined that it was unfixable.
Hilton needs to revoke the franchise of this hotel.

Not the best stay but beds were ok. Rooms were poorly lit, light in bathroom only half works and no desk lamp, light by closet is very dim. Pool was cold and we requested to ask maintenance to heat it as we were told it was a heated pool. Went back hours later and it was slightly better, still kinda cold. Our key cards stopped working and first complaint when we couldn't get in a side door they said they're just finicky sometimes and you need to try again. We tried again on our door several times and were locked out with all of our shopping bags sitting in a hallway while we waited for them to finally take us seriously and give us new key cards. No continental free breakfast or anything. Snacks ridiculously overpriced, but that's expected I guess. Still here actually about to get ready to go, can't wait to get home honestly.
Edit to add, no microwave in the rooms, there's one communal microwave in lobby, which of course we were furthest from.

No microwave in room. Bottled water is $3.00 a bottle.
Breakfast not included, its $15 per adult and $7 per kid. I overheard another couple who had already been there and eating their food order gingerale and a diet coke and the wait staff said that would be an additional charge.
The shower knob is underneath the shower and the glass door doesnt slide on that side so there is no way to get in the shower without first being blasted with cold water. The toilet paper is also right beside the shower door entrance and exit so unless youre paying attention to it, it gets wet when you open the shower door.
The staff are mostly friendly though. The rest of the room was to be expected.
Also REALLY soft pillows so if you need or prefer a firmer pillow, id recommend you bring your own if you can.

Checked into the room. The room was missing an alarm clock, desk lamp and laundry bag. The phone isn’t working either. Called the front desk and brought the issue to the customer service person named Juliett and she says there’s nothing they can do about it. Asked for the laundry bag and she said they don’t have any laundry bag to give out?!! Asked to speak to the manager and she said there is no manager. I was appalled at the response from the hotel. Been to a various Hilton locations in East coast and west but this is the first time I came across such poorly managed Hilton.

Georgia is the best front desk person I've ever encountered. Had a hiccup with my booking on my end. She went above and beyond to help me. Was pleasant, and professional the whole time.
Having worked in, and stayed in many hotels in my 50 years... She is a model customer service person. She did everything she could to help me.
No buffet. It's advertised on the board in front of the restaurant. Unbelievable that breakfast isn't included. On top of that no buffet as advertised. Lost all stars for that.
