We are home to the Annual Fiddlers Convention which takes place every second week of August for your music enjoyment. Thousands of people attend this annual event so come on out and enjoy.

The door lock in the second room (409) didn't work, so all you needed to do to get in from the hallway was to gently push on the door and it would open. No key needed. Third room was finally okay.

- ANA NortonSep 3, 20251.0I've noticed on a couple of other reviews about bed bugs. After staying only one night I came away with several, 5 in total, bug bites when I woke in the morning. Despite that, when I checked out, my incidental deposit was also taken because the carpet was torn under the door coming into the room. I noticed this when I checked in but thought nothing about it until I was accused of causing the damage. When I explained that it wasn't me that damaged the rug I was asked if I had a pet or dog with me. When I answered no, it became my word against a manager who used the receptionist as a go between to explain that it was my fault whether I had done it or not. Despite loosing my incidental deposit it was more embarrassing to be accused of something that I did not do. If anyone stays at this hotel, take pictures of your room the moment you walk in. This might save you from "donating" to the repairs that obviously need to be made for pre-existing damages that were never taken care of.
