- CIC squared IINov 16, 20252.0The mid shift front desk clerk was amazing. She went above & beyond to help us.she was very professional & kind. The morning clerk didn’t even acknowledge me when I told them they were out of had sanitizer. They didn’t have any hand sanitizer by the breakfast area. The breakfast was great. Biscuits & gravy, mini omelettes. They had a wide range of non bread items like yogurt & fruit. The kitchen worker was very nice. Our room had private parts hair in the shower & on the floor. The king size bed was horrible. The blanket smelled sweaty.They definitely need to upgrade the mattresses & not buy the cheapest mattress available. For the price I would expect a nice comfortable bed to sleep in. I at least expect a comfortable mattress at a Hampton inn.
- LLLoriNov 8, 20255.0Stayed one night. Room very clean. Bed was firm and comfortable. Sheets smelled clean and fresh, we slept great. Only minor complaint is shower head didn’t have strong pressure. We will definitely stay again when back in town.
- DCDawn CastagnaOct 26, 20255.0The hotel was in a good location, the rooms were nice and clean here the breakfast buffet was good. They have a coffee / tea / hot chocolate station available all day. The pool is not heated but was nice. The gym looked nice and clean although we did not utilize it. The only issue that we had being on the first floor someone was smoking weed right outside and it was coming in through our AC unit. The front desk a shortest it was a skunk. I assured them that the same skunk keeps coming and spraying right in front of our 😂 (skunks do not do that) I do not understand why they would not address that issue but that made the room a bit unbearable especially at night. Some people are just rude. The front that said that they would look at the video cameras and do a walk around and we never heard back from them. That is my only complaint I'm sure it wouldn't happen again but if you plan on being there be respectful.

I'm really here to say the service was excellent, when we checked in, the man helping us was so nice and had several recommendations for us, he even took the time to print out maps and give us coupons for the caverns. I wish I was sure on his name, I think it was Brian or David. Either way, we were happy with our stay and the service!

The front desk on the pm side Sunday to Tuesday 10/19-21 was great. She made us welcomed. Informed us about the comet show going on. The location can not be any closer to skyland drive.
