He was very helpful and quick checking us in, and made sure we received complimentary cookies for the evening. He was just a really nice guy who put a smile on our weary faces!! Keep him around, please!!

The room appearance was fine, bad lighting in the bathroom. The main problem is the AC units. The one in the room didn't cool and was extremely loud. The one in the neighbors room was also extremely loud and sounded like the nightstand was a riding lawnmower. An inconsistent droning with high pitched squeals that was vibrating the wall and mounted lamps. They need to fix these! You could even hear people pounding on them on the other side of us and then turning it off. Also, avoid the attached restaurant Houlahans. Terrible service, understaffed, a manager that is a slob and unprofessional. Food for some was hot and others not.

Then when were bringing our stuff in he cuts over a walking path from the parking lot to the breezway (front area to park while checking in ) scared my son amd me. No Trash bags in cans had to use my own,coffee station was not stocked even after asking for the room to be cleaned and stocked. Started with 3 towels for a 4 person room . The coffee area had sugar spilt all over as well even after we asked for the room to be cleaned. When they cleaned they took our recycle trash but not thr regular trash they took the cups we were using for coffee. Had to ask dor cups at 5 am when housekeeping should have replaces those. Only 2 nice people who worked here. The Asian guy and the blonde . Other then that the rest of you need a new job
