    The beds are hard as a rock. You might as well sleep on the floor. The people working are not friendly at all. The walls are paper thin you can literally hear a pin drop in the room next to me. Beer is like $12 a can, like you are at a rock concert or something. They do not like to give you your earned reward points. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    I love them. I love the whole team; Antte, Sawnita, young lady with glasses (name starts with a T), Mr. George, and the strong man that keeps breakfast fresh. They are all so precious, professional, and a reminder of what excellent service looks like. Tru gems. 💎 (punny, right!!). I’m not an employee making a post, I am a real customer and Hilton Honors member. I’ve stayed literally at every farmville hotel, and this is always my first choice.

    Good things first - this hotel is in a nice little charming town and it doesn't feel like a sketchy location. There is an Applebees close by. The lobby is very nice with a pool table and a lot of places to sit and hang out. There is also an outdoor pool. The breakfast is somewhere between alright and good, probably depends on the time of day. Less good things - the person who checked us in seemed to care less about doing her job well or making a good experience for us. She tried to charge us 5 dollars to park (in a huge lot at the hotel that was not even half full) when it clearly said free parking online. Luckily when we showed her that it said free parking online, she removed the parking fee (seems a little sketchy). We got to the elevator and it had a weed stench. Then got to our room and the weed smell was OVERWHELMING in our room. We sat in it for 5 minutes and got a headache. We went back to the front desk and let the lady know and she switched us to a different room at least. However, she tried to downplay it and said "well, when people smoke outside the smell gets on their clothes and makes its way inside". This was NOT the case. We are from Colorado and smell weed a decent amount there, and this room smelled like there was weed in the AC unit just pumping the smell into the room. She also didn't really even apologize for it she just kind of played it off. Overall, a nice hotel. Staff could be better and the weed smell may have just been a one time thing. Not sure.
