  Room had bed bugs. I was bit on my chest and my back. Do not recommend sleep in car if this is your only option. Didn’t seem like it was taking seriously when i talk to the manager about it.

  For this is be a Hampton in I am truly in disbelief of the quality of this hotel and the staff. I had a work trip here and in despite of asking my room was never cleaned for 4 days straight it was truly unacceptable. The breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. The staff was rude and didn’t care. The staff needs coaching and leading this can be a better hotel.

  Room was clean and a good size. I confirmed beforehand that I was getting a first floor room, since I was traveling with my 4 month old and my dog. I confirmed the price and that the dog fee was already included in the final price they gave me. When I got there, I was on the third floor, they had no idea I had a dog and a pet fee was added on top of the price that they said already included the fee (when I called). Clearly the reservation people on the phone do not coordinate with the hotel.

  First issue was blood on the pillowcase of the extra pillow in the closet. We left a note (and tip) and that was taken care of. There were no tissues in the room we were told by the front desk they were on backorder. No big deal. We bought some. No hair dryer in the room we were told none available, on backorder. My husband insisted they find one. Finally they retrieved one from another room. One of the two towels in the room had a large hole and half of it was thread bare. ( I wish I could attach the photo). We took it to the front desk and the assistant general manager put on a big show trying to tear it in half at the front desk. The next day our towel only had one smaller hole. We were in the area for a family emergency and paid for four nights total and left after 3. We had requested at the desk that our room be cleaned daily. We talked to housekeeping the last day and she said she was told to only change the towels. To her credit she did make the bed also. Sorry to say but this was the worst Hampton Inn we have stayed in. We travel a lot and generally choose Hampton Inns over the other basic options.

  My wife and I stayed here with our two kids on August 9th 2025. Highly recommend against staying here. When we entered the room, there was white powder all over the carpet. So my wife went back downstairs and told the staff and they sent someone up to vacuum the carpet. I’m assuming this was dry carpet shampoo. Once this was complete, we went to get in the room and the bed, had a brown stain on the exterior blanket. This didn’t seem right to me. So I pulled the sheets back and there were pubic hairs in the bed. They had never changed the sheets. They just remade the bed. So we went downstairs and complained, and they told us that they would Give us points, which was absolutely outrageous. And actually, they never gave us the points that they told us they were giving us. If this wasn’t bad enough, my wife went to open the fridge and there was still food from another guest in the fridge. At this point, she went downstairs, brought the food down and slapped it right on the counter. They insisted they were going to only charge us $150 for the room. Nope they charged us the full charge. We still have yet to get our money back. I will never stay here again. It’s absolutely disgusting in that hotel. Talk about betraying the public trust. You need to change The bedding in between guests.
