Cleanliness needs improvement, trash, floors, tables, are not cleaned thru out the day. Rooms r hit or miss. Left something on floor in room 2 c if they clean it...after 4 days I requested floors 2 b cleaned, comforters r dengy & stained, took 3 asks 2 get replaced. Service his not good, had 2 check front desk for talking down to me when asked about my bill. Rooms are a little more modern than others, but u have 2 sacrifice the rest. Sometimes no towels or washcloths replaced in room. After 3 asks, was closed 2 replacing my own comforter, it was dingy & stained, even after 2 replaced.

Hotel staff are not friendly like at most Hilton hotels. The bartender was the only friendly member of the hotel staff. Also the food from the bar and room service option is terrible. Normally the food at Hilton’s including Embassy Suites is delicious. The beds are also uncomfortable. This particular location does not live up to the Hilton standard.

Customer service was very poor. One staff member racially profiled me and another Black guest, and she was incredibly rude throughout the interaction. The parking situation was terrible—you have to pay to park each night, yet there were never any available spaces. Our family had to park in a different parking lot. The hotel overall was not clean. Bags of trash were frequently left sitting on top of the trash cans and around the hotel, especially near the elevators. Overall, my family and I will not return to this location due to the poor customer service and the bigoted behavior we experienced.

Embassy overbooked and canceled my reservation. It put a damper on my plans and hate this type of practice.

"So we have a wheelchair so we need a ADA room" "Yes Ma'am we have that" "With barS in the bathroom" "Yes ma'am" Ok a singular bar in the tub with no bar at all by the toilet rendering it 100% useless for a WHEELCHAIR user wasnt what we meant ..... When someone asks for ADA, that isnt a polite request thatll be oh shucks when we dont get it. We are requesting a room that has amneties that can be safely used. Someone is going to hurt themselves and sue you into oblivion until they have to rename it "Someone's building, complete with omlete bar" Shame because they have proper ADA rooms, I dont know why this time they couldnt accomodate. Just tell us when you cant, nbd. Additional training needed
