Water pressure for the shower was very low on the 3rd floor. Staff were great and friendly. Great attitudes and communicated clearly with everyone I overheard. But if you want to know, here is my pros list (I seriously have ZERO cons!): -Rooms are clean, updated, and spacious. The bed was so comfy I slept an hour later just because. The thermostat is easy to adjust and blows strong hot or cold air. Carpets are clean and so is the bed. - Shower was hot and had GREAT pressure, has pump soaps and is very spacious. Towels are fluffy and not scratchy! - Coffee 24 hrs a day!!! And a well stocked mini store at reception - TV has apps you can log into for longer stays if you miss your shows - Staff was so nice and helpful, every single person here has a great attitude - Parking was safe and there’s dog poop bag dispensers around the property for the pups - Pet friendly room was approved by my dog - Breakfast was simple but tasty, AND they had add-ins for the waffle station like whaaat I’ve never seen that!! So be warned your kiddos will want chocolate chip waffles I seriously cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I travel on the road a lot and I would go out of my way to stay here again if I was in the area! (Review edited bc I accidentally hit post too soon)
