  Besides the room being big would never recommend this to anyone. Looks like a remodeled motel 6. All 20 rooms we had smelled of smoke and were musty. When checking in we tried to put our Hilton number on and were told by the front desk we can’t do that. From 2am to 3am our guest were fighting in the hallway and when calling the front desk they responded with we know we have cops here but took over an hour to quiet them down.

  We booked a two queen bed room, very spacious, nice table which can be extended. Through wall AC unit is loud, but the room keeps in comfortable temperature even after the AC is off. Breakfast is simple, has coffee, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, etc. No microwave and coffee maker in the room.

  Seriously for a hilltop. We expected better. The positive was the room was spotless. Very nice size. And it was quite. Now the bad. The parking if you can find any, is horrible. The paint colors are horrible. It is what I picture jail or prison being like. It felt like a fixed up motel 6. The halls are long and dark with the doors being a horrible black blue. Oh and if you elderly get ready for bad knees. NO ELEVATOR. Who?why?. The breakfast if you can call it one was so lacking. No seating and bagels ,juice and bad coffee. Yeah well pass. Not worth the money we paid. But we we tried and done traveling for the day. The guy at the front desk was super nice and that makes up for the rest.

  We were on the road and the location was right, so we decided to give Spark a try for an overnight. I'm glad we did! There were enough tables, lights, outlets, nooks and surfaces for "stuff." I didn't miss the microwave or coffee maker. The scaled back breakfast was fine. This was actually much nicer than a Hampton I stayed at later in the trip. I would definitely return.

  We were happy with everything here. We only stayed one night here on our 900 mile drive and it was perfect for one night. Smelled clean, absolutely pristine bathroom, easy in and out. Friendly front desk staff, nice restaurants right in front of the hotel. Nice view of the mountains also. The price and quality were appreciated.
