No hot water on 3 occasions. Arrived on a Friday after a long road trip and ready for an early morning start. Both Friday night and Sat. evening we let the desk know we had no hot water. It was addressed, but then again on Sunday morning no hot water. I never showered while there. I emailed the address provided on their web site Monday evening, asking for a reply before I posted any negative reviews. As of this time, Tuesday noon, no reply. Hard to recommend them, unless you are into cold showers.

Food is terrible. Building is cheaply made can hear every door close or open from your room. Prices are ridiculous. Never again

We typucally stay in 4 and 5 star hotels when we travel, so I was a little anxious about what we would find. I need not have worried. Friendly staff, clean, fresh smelling room, soft, absorbent towels, ample bath room size, nice bed linens. Very pleasant experience.

Limited choice of hotels in area. Although clean, this wasn't a $200 room. Trash cans were disgusting, shower head was broken, door didn't close properly, water was not as hot as it should be, patched holes in walls in every room, only one chair. Free breakfast was better than some others and very well attended to that day.

Literally the same experience we had at the Hampton Inn in Culpeper, VA. The first room we were put in smelled like a dog kennel. The smell of dirty dogs was overwhelming. The second room was better but still smelled like animals. This was the second time staying in a Hilton branded hotel in several years. The first was in Culpeper, I thought maybe it's just that particular hotel. But we had the same experience at the Hampton Inn in Covington. Very disappointing. We'll never stay in a Hampton Inn again.
