I chose this location as it was the best option, Anthony is consistently there at check in, pleasant, helpful and efficient. Dining area staff always great. Rooms are great, gym is really nice-love the bigger spaces! Done with my travel to this area, but appreciate the hospitality.

Lady at counter was busy having personal converation with her girl in lobby... so I waited to pull up my reservation after a 10 hour drive. Lady was not friendly with me tho, no eye contact and snarky when I asked why I had to pay $5 for parking never seen that Garden Inn... not even at flagship Hilton Resort. So I make fun of it "charging for parking in middle of nowhere country Virginia" She days even Diamond members pay and then asks car make, model, color, plate number & state... but then hands me a parking pass? Why ask all those questions and put in Dec 12/out dec 12 and no I'm not dropping my bags to walk all the way back. No snacks or water like other Hiltons for Diamond. Just room key handed over and back to her gabbing with guest girl. Room was OK, nice mattress and interior design... but toilet was stuck running I had to fix... BEST part was free food left in the fridge. Gross? looked like it had been there for over a week probably still there. Disgusting.
