The single receptionist was very professional and hospitable despite the fact that she was the only one on duty and had to deal with numerous guests and issues while I waited to be checked in. Why only 3 stars then? Why, I ask is, there a separate $5 charge for parking? Everyone drives in; it’s hard to imagine someone arriving on horseback or having walked on i95. Also the $10 charge for the “buffet” breakfast. That was a surprise! The motel was quite expensive to begin with. More importantly, it this an attempt by Hilton to follow the airline trend by nickel and diming every aspect of the overnight stay? To add salt to the wound, they offer advice on tipping the staff.

Over 1,200.00 gone. We know not to leave anything valuable, but shouldn't the rooms be secure? Unfortunately we didn't realize they were missing until we drove 500 miles home. No forced entry. Someone had a key card. Beware of the lack of Security at this hotel. We will not return.
