The ladybugs, the ac unit was masking taped together; the lamp shade, the stained furniture, the hanging off the hinge door in front of the fridge, the filth under the toilet, the hair in the bathroom, the unfinished shelving, and what appeared to be some some bodily "guck" on the outside of the shower door along the wall. Oh, and a dirty sock!! We've been traveling for 2 days and were looking for some place to rest just for the night. Unfortunately, this place is NOT it 😬 I spoke to an "assistant manager" and was told that they couldn't compensate us bc we got the room through a third party site, but he signed me up for rewards towards another room in the future?? Stop the JOKES!!
- DRD RNov 29, 20251.0OLD OLD HOTEL. WE HAD RM 204 THE AIR CONDITIONER/HEAT WAS HANGING ON BY A THREAD!! OPEN TO THE OUTSIDE. IT WAS LIKE ALASKA IN THE ROOM. MY PET PEVE. NO PILLOW PROTECTOR ON THE PILLOWS. SO YOUR PUTTING YOUR HEAD ON OTHER PEOPLES DROOL. YOU THINK THEY WASH THE PILLOWS EVERY TURN AROUND. THINK TWICE. SO GROSS!!! people smoking pot in the back parking lot. No snack/beverage room/ snack concierge..THEY ONLY HAVE BEVERAGE VENDING MACHINES ON 1st and 2nd Floor. They have 6 floors. The one on our floor was sold out. If you want the front desk person , you will find them outside playing with the feral cats. Live and learn I guess. The first sign of OLD HOTEL was the insert of the room card. No tap. I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS. BUT I THOUGHT THIS WAS IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO MENTION. JF I KNEW THIS BEFORE HAND. I WOUKD NOT HAVE CONE HERE. SO YOUR WELCOME.
