I came to check in on Christmas day .. when I arrived the lady at the front desk was not that friendly! I went to the room for a second.. had to go back and check out immediately because of a family emergency... I called and spoke with a lady at the front desk stating I needed a statement from the manager emailed to me stating I did not stay so that the agency I booked through could refund my money back... She was so rude and un helpful.. terrible customer service! I will never book anything here when I come back to the area!

This has been one of the best experiences in a hotel I have had. I always choose to stay here on my travels because it feels safe and always has the best service. I have so much anxiety around traveling and this hotel makes me feel safer than most and the staff is so friendly. Will always stay when traveling through. Also around many stores and restaurants

We recently stayed here and it was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time at a hotel. From the staff to the room cleanliness, overall it was great. My daughter accidentally left a doll in the room and we didn't realize it until later that evening (after we checked out); we called up there, they found it earlier that day and kept it behind the desk until we could get back there. Top notch people that I wish there were more of in this world.

By far one of the best hotels we've stayed in, especially for the price! Staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Even gave us and our dog goody bags and some waters. Included was information on vets, pet stores, and pet friendly patios in the area. Everything was clean and pleasant looking. Breakfast was pretty good as well- something I often skip at hotels. Streaming services available to sign into on TV with HBO free. If we pass through this area again, we will definitely be staying here!

This is ranks as one of the best Hampton Inns we have stayed at. They seem to go the extra mile at this location. Not just clean, they do the little things that give the feel of a high class hotel. Housekeeping does a top notch job! Even ornate arrangement of the tissue box and wash cloths, the little things mean a lot. The rooms are modern and in good condition. We will definitely save this location in our favorites.
