The rudest red haired woman at the front desk made me feel completely unwelcome, and she didn't even recognize me for being a member. She needs to work on how to speak to people better, and the maintenence man, Rick, if he didn't make you feel uncomfortable with the odd things he says! Never going to this hotel with my kids again!!

The view from this hotel was spectacular overlooking the waterway, and it was within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. The staff's exceptional service truly stood out from check-in to check-out. I want to give a special note of recognition to a hardworking woman named Teeny, she was our guest room attendant who has been with the hotel for 23 years! Her dedication and outstanding customer service are a testament to her professionalism and long-term care of this hotel. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and her warm, welcoming demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable. Teeny is a true asset to your team and deserves to be recognized for her incredible work. I know that they are currently rated the 2nd best in the Hampton Inn brand, but seriously, what do you have to do to be #1. The location is ideal. The breakfast is great which includes a couple of waffle flavors. Hot breakfast and the staff makes sure everything is clean and everyone has plenty. You can have breakfast outside viewing the bay! The whole place and the rooms were clean and fresh.
