The rudest red haired woman at the front desk made me feel completely unwelcome, and she didn't even recognize me for being a member. She needs to work on how to speak to people better, and the maintenence man, Rick, if he didn't make you feel uncomfortable with the odd things he says! Never going to this hotel with my kids again!!
