- GIGeorge Phillips, IIINov 16, 20251.0I would stay elsewhere. We are Hilton diamond members and have stayed at a few Hilton properties to include Hampton Inns. We booked online for a 1bedroom suite. When we arrived yesterday around 6pm we waited at the front desk for 5 or more minutes before anyone came out to greet us. We were greeted as Hilton honors members but that was about it. Went to our room on the first floor and as soon as we walked in there was an unpleasant smell. It was warm in the room and the thermostat was broken. Blank screen and falling off the wall. The room was dated and in needed of updating. All of the HVAC vents in the room were extremely dusty and dirty, soo caked full of dust that air was barely blowing. There was hair in the bathroom sink and tub.
