    If you like minimalism this place is for you. No in-room coffee makers, but coffee in the lobby.

    Generally a good hotel based on location and amenities. However, I stayed there for four nights and our experience wasn’t positive. The first night, after checking in, our room was dirty and was missing soap in the bathroom and the bed had dirty linens. Specifically, the pillow cases had makeup smeared into them from the previous tenant. When we called to get soap and new linens, the people working there had no clue where to acquire these items and had to call back in the person who cleans the rooms. Second, the hotel must of had a bunch of kids staying one night. About 12:30 am, we were woken up to banging and heavy footsteps above our room. Naturally, we called and politely complained and nothing was done. This went on until 3:30 in the morning. The next day, I confronted the front desk and asking for compensation for one night and the hotel blew it off and didn’t care. We were so annoyed, we left the hotel and went home a day early and didn’t sleep in the room the last night. Sad but true. I would recommend not staying at this hotel and moving down the street to the Hampton Inn where our friends stayed. No issues there and where we will stay next time in town.

    Good customer service. Nice room. Would have given a 4/5 review if the wifi worked. I called maintenance and someone showed up...but problem was never resolved.

    My entire night was interrupted by someone on the same floor that kept me up the entire night! The hotel offered no other room on another floor or a break on the room I paid for to get a good night's sleep. The disturbance of someone on the same floor constantly kicking the walls and doors was 100% annoying. I will not be back. If that's their policy.
