    By far the worst home wood suites I’ve ever stayed at . This place is run down with so many things falling apart . Front desk people are rude . Old TVs , broken folding table in laundry room. The vent that leads out from dryer is missing a piece so all the lint and heat blows inside the room . I’m a Hilton diamond member and this place is appalling!

    Do not recommend. I moved alot of my stuff in yesterday due to water damage in my home just to have to turn around and move everything right back out until 1:30am. There was roaches in our room.

    I have been at this hotel multiple times in the past. This is the first time I'm leaving a review. I made reservation in May 2025 and today 10/21/2025 three days before my arrival and they cancelled my reservations. Their excuse was for over booking. Keep in mind I made these reservations 5 months ago. This was one of the dumbest excuses I have ever heard and it's bad business. I'm coming from out of town and it's a long trip. If I did not see the email today I would have arrived and my reservation would have been cancelled. How do you just pick and chose to cancel some ones reservations like this. They did not even offer to fix this issue. Well Hilton/Homewood Suites you just lost a customer and you will never have to worry about me staying at this location again. You have been warned.

    I’m a Hilton gold member!! I stayed from 10/10/25 till 10/12/25. This was the by far WORST Hilton Homewood Suites I ever stayed at. If they had a 0 star option i would definitely click it.I flew in for a wedding stayed for 2 days. Walking to my room the hallway smelt like mold. Entering the room it smelled like a dead body was in the freezer. I called to complain they couldn’t switch the room because they were sold out.So I sprayed a whole can of Lysol.Continuing my stay up to the next day they call my cell phone at 7 am to tell me they have to switch my room because the room I’m currently in is booked and my original room I booked was a king suite. So I had to pack all my things up to travel to another room that was very very nasty. Now entering the room I’m thinking I can’t stay here but my card was already charged. I called down to complain they had no rooms and the wedding was today so I said I’ll just deal with it. I go to wedding return to my room and I notice I didn’t have one of my bags. I called front desk immediately to see if my bag was found. Front desk says no nunthing has been turned in. I tell her I know my bag is in the room can she please call or go to the room to get my bag.She says she can’t do that I will have to wait till morning. I was very upset because that’s goes to show they don’t clean the rooms at this hotel. So morning comes I call the front desk there unaware of the situation. Puts me on hold the phone hangs up so I go down stairs i get down there I have to explain again so the manger contacts house keeping they say a bag wasn’t in the room so I say it was and it’s still there he says nunthing was left in the room or seen. So we’re going back and forth and the manger says they can’t check the room till the guest checks out.So they give me a later check out. I return to my room to relax a little & I see a bed bug crawling on mattress.That just puts the icing on the cake for me for this stay. I didn’t bother calling the front desk cause I was leaving.A hour later me and the manger see each other she say they found your bag. No apology No we will accommodate your next stay. Even if she said that I will never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. I spent a lot of money to stay here, and it was a complete disappointment. The service was unprofessional and the staff didn’t seem to care about guests’ concerns. The room horrible stains on furniture and a strong odor. The worst part was finding bed bugs in the bed! For the price I paid, this was completely unacceptable.Save your money and stay somewhere cleaner and more respectful to their guests.

    The good: the suite we got was very spacious. It had a small kitchenette with a two burner stove, microwave, a dishwasher, and full size fridge; there was a living room with a sofa/pull out bed; and two bedrooms with king sized beds and a decent amount of space besides. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The bad: It’s pretty rundown. Scuffs and dings in the walls, the sofa was stained and faded (and creepy in my opinion), the curtains were almost all broken in some way, and stained all over. Paint flaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. Upholstery stained and faded. Also, it was a pet friendly room… and is apparently never vacuumed, because after setting things down on the floor, and my kids playing on the floor, everything was COVERED in let hair!!!!! We don’t have a pet with us, or one with hairs like this, so it didn’t come from us. Seems like the cleaning service does a really poor job vacuuming. I do not recommend unless you’re okay with pet hair. It would be HORRIBLE for someone with allergies to animals.
