    Good afternoon I wish this review was about a positive experience although my stay was excellent I was unfortunately double charged for my stay. I originally booked and paid for my stay through booking.com back in September for $150. When I arrived on the 24th the front desk associate was dealing with an upset customer. During the checking process I gave my card for the incidentals. That following Monday while I was on vacation at the outer banks my card I used was declined while out to eat with family. Upon checking into the card I noticed I had a pending charge of 170 and another cleared charge of 205… there should not have been any charge since I had already paid back in September. I called customer service and they connected me with a young at the property who said the 170 charge was caught in house and cancelled but the 205 would be refunded to the card. This coming Friday will be three weeks without this issue being fixed. I would greatly appreciate this issue resolved promptly. I have emailed, messaged, and called with ZERO results. This was at the 1565 crossways boulevard Chesapeake VA location

    The location of was absolutely perfect. It was next to a delicious restaurant. The beach and boardwalk access was top tier. The breakfast was pretty good. Marvelous as well.
