    Typical Hampton Inn, nothing special but our room was clean and had everything we needed. The best part of this hotel is the staff. We had some issues at checkin (due to a mistake on my end) and Terry at the front desk was super helpful and was able to get everything resolved. Honestly saved the day! The other front desk agents were also super nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

    I stayed here last night. This morning I came to notice that my door would open and close without needing the key. When I informed Cynthia the front desk manager. She sent one of her housekeeping staff to confirm the doors malfunction. When her staff returned she said that "oh all you have to do is slammed the door good and hard and it will shut for you". When I began to show dissatisfaction in her response, Cynthia became uncourteous. The establishment was not that bad, everywhere has problems. But poor customer service is a culture that can ruin the brand.

    This place is an absolute dump! I let the front desk know there was no hot water, and they did a late cancellation and charged me for the room. Sink leaked all over the floor, mold in the bathroom, and extremely bad smell.

    This is my 2nd time staying here and everyone is friendly, helpful,and very professional. The rooms are clean, service is great, and they're located in a very good area. I will be a regular customer and I'm thankful to experience the amazing receptionist that work here also. I love staying here.

    I don't often write reviews of businesses, but I hope this one gets the attention of the owners and managers of this property. Over the years I have often stayed at Hampton Inns and they have always been a good mix between comfortable and affordable. However, this particular property has seen its better years. First off, the check in process was smooth and easy. Other than the fact that the front desk staff was talking so fast it sounded like she was speaking a different language and acting like she was ready to get off and go do whatever, it was fine. When we got into the room, the first thing I noticed was the arm chair in the corner with a broken leg. Next when I went to the bathroom, I found 2 out of the 5 towel holders were falling off the wall as their anchors had pulled through the drywall. There were no facial tissues or paper towels in the room. And there was an obvious damp smell, but no signs of moisture issues. This property needs to be inspected and issues addressed as they will give the brand a bad name. Please don't get me started on the pathetic breakfast options. Do better!
