We stayed here back in May after our house needed some repairs done rather unexpectedly. We were flustered, tired, and had our pug with us, and finding somewhere pet friendly last minute during peak season, it’s just a lot. The staff here was the shining light during a really rough moment and we can’t thank them enough. Everyone was kinda and helpful and upbeat which is exactly what we needed. This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at and that assessment is based 100% on the staff. Not a single person we encountered was stressed or fussy or anything and that’s incredibly rare and appreciated. 10/10

We had a good two nights stay here. Room was nice, shower was good and strong in room we had. And the toilet was a good height where it didn't make you feel like you were getting off the floor.

Entrance to hotel is kind of confusing, especially later at night and not familiar with the area. Must drive through the entrance to Chipotle.
Room was pretty One Star at max. Bathroom was disgusting and from that point on I couldn't really enjoy the room. It looked like to me that the floor had not been mopped in a while especially in front of the toilet. I had to throw an extra towel on the floor to cover up the large amount of dried pee. Tub looked like it was 50 years old. Definitely needed the caulking updated. It was nasty. The bathroom door would not close due to it rubbing on the bathroom floor. It was like the door had shifted downward. Not that it really mattered since I was alone. And lastly the bed squeaked a lot. Again I was alone but in my younger days the next door guests would have been wakened up and either impressed or annoyed. Did not eat the breakfast in morning but it looked good. The staff was friendly so not bashing them at all. If in the area I would not stay at this hotel again.

Where do I begin? – My review is based on my recent Saturday Evening Stay – End of September 2025. Room was fairly priced and I was appropriately offered a Government Rate as I was traveling on such business. It was raining extremely heavily and they closed the side door of the Hotel; - So, by the time I reached the front of the Hotel – to begin waiting on the Check in Line – I was drenched. I felt terrible for the young man that was checking everyone in. Guests, were primarily misfits with poor credit. People on the line were demanding Extra Cots in their rooms and would proceed to share their life stories with the young clerk – mind you; I want to go on the record and tell you what a gentleman he was. Roaming crowds of Prepubescent Energetic Girls ran through the hallways and occupied the pool area. I was terrified to take a dip in the pool. I’m just going to go on record and tell you – overall my room was essential outdated and filthy. Nothing luxurious about this place. I had requested a Handicapped Room and these were all taken up and I took extra care not to slip and dislocate my neck – exiting the shower. Why L-rd? Limited selection of items, the following morning, at the Breakfast Buffet which was packed with an overzealous crowd of eclectics. This Hotel is the furthest thing from luxury – But, in the end – I’m grateful for the shelter and the kindness of the Clerk who was forced to deal with guests who had overspent their credit cards. What an experience? Oh beautiful for spacious skies, I won’t be relocating to this section of American anytime soon.
