We were at the Front Desk on Monday October 13th at 5:00 PM asking for sheets and towels. She told us to return to our room. She proceeded to clean our room and change the linens. It seems as if the Front Desk staff did not put in our request. I spoke to the staff at 10:00 AM that morning. We are just grateful for Ms. Bernice.
