    No hot tub as was pictured on their website and the pool is ice cold. The first room they put us in had a horrible noise coming from the heater. They moved us and the new room was fine minus the tv remote didn’t work. They are renovating which I can understand some disruption but the staff seems totally overwhelmed and unequipped to deal with problems.

    Pretty disappointing stay for a Hampton Inn Free shuttle from the airport. Told 12 minutes. Was more than 20 minutes late. A big issue when it is 15f outside and the stand is exposed. Shuttle driver didn't assist with any loading or unloading of bags or guests. "Pardon our appearance " sign in the lobby as renovations are under way. So the place is certainly messy in areas and construction noise from about 9am. Thankfully we still got to pay market rate! Very noisy rooms from neighboring rooms. Could hear too much. Buffet was included. Not real good food unfortunately. The waffles were dry. Good fruit selection though no cut fruit/salad. Was not terrible but could easily be improved. Service was not friendly or "service" as most hotels seem willing to provide. If you have other options I would consider them!

    They were doing renovations/construction in some of the rooms, which I get is necessary. What I don’t get is why they started banging around at 8:30am in the morning when people are trying to sleep and why they put guests in rooms adjacent to the ones being worked on. It was so damn loud that it woke me up which was really frustrating since it was the only day I had to sleep in and try to get over jet lag. The least they could have done is let guests ahead of time so that we can switch to a different hotel if we wanted, or put us in rooms away from the noise.
