I have dropped a lot of clients off at the Hilton Garden Inn, never once have I seen or heard anyone being unfriendly. (Ashley) is always the nicest lady ever. She’s helped me with many of my passengers.

This is a decent Hilton Garden Inn, nothing special, just ordinary. It’s right off I-81 which is convenient. We found the rooms clean and comfortable. The pool is small but gets the job done. There is a decent little shop with food and drink options in the lobby. A bar in the lobby also serves food pretty late, I believe until 10:00 p.m. nightly.

Photo assignment for a recent event. Man-oh-man the HGI crew is TOP SHELF!! Staff was all over the event prepping serving with a smile and the food line was absolutely amazing. If you are planning on an event, call this venue. You’ll be glad you did.

I stayed for 5 days recently. The room was fine, but definitely was a little worse for wear. Stains on the walls in the room and bathroom and the fan in the bathroom was very dirty. But, overall the room was decent.
The reason for the 3 stars is the air freshener when entering the lobby is WAY too strong. One of my co-workers was staying in the hotel at the same time felt the same. Instant headache and because of it neither one of us had breakfast or sat in the lobby at all.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful when I had to extend my stay a couple of times.
I would not stay at this hotel again because of the strong scent of the lobby, but I would recommend with the air freshener disclaimer.
