I went downstairs and was met was a rude person who refused to help me. Hair dripping went mind you.

The hotel is extremely clean. The staff is always very nice and greets us with a smile. They have always been willing to go the extra mile. Robert, the operations manager, runs a great hotel. He is awesome. This location does not disappoint.
