Also, room keys worked now and then. Went to front desk to find out clerk was in bathroom for 15 minutes. VERY UNHAPPY. I'M a Hilton members. DISAPPOINTED 😞

He dies not smile, he does not talk, and won't answer any of your questions without getting a blank stare back as if you annoyed him. He's definitely not the person you want to meet when you are getting your coffee in the morning. He'll leave you wondering if you did anything wrong to offend him. Then there is this lady who while I'm in a Teams meeting decided to start vacuuming right under my table bumping it giving me this look where I felt she wanted me to get up from my spot.
- SCs canDec 7, 20251.0The room we stayed in was clean, however, the beds were so uncomfortable. The room was also insanely hot and would not cool down which made it challenging to sleep. Finally, the pillows were awful it would have been better sleeping on the floor. Overall, we were not satisfied with this stay which is sad because the last Tru we stayed at was lovely. This hotel however, was rather disappointing. Even the breakfast was yucky. The oatmeal was just glorified water, the orange juice was so watered down it was nasty, and the blueberry muffin was so cold it tasted almost frozen. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again, especially since we were supposed to be given a discounted rate but were refused. It was a waste of my hard earned money.

The beds were really comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We really liked the fact that the rooms are not carpeted, so it's great for people with allergies. Great lobby which is a fun gathering area with a pool table. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in this hotel again.
