  So I'm in a hotel about 4 days a week so comfort and cleanliness are important to me. The hotel was great but yeah, the charge for parking is kind of ridiculous. It's $10 a day which you pay by using the PMC Pay app (which charges a $1.50 service fee as well.) The staff are lovely and accommodating. Thin walls and ceilings though. I could've sworn I was under an elephant every night.

  I had a great experience at Home2 Suites Ashburn. The service was very good, and the overall stay was comfortable. The general manager was extremely kind and welcoming, which made a big difference. Samaya and Jeremy were very nice and helpful. Samaya was always very friendly with my dog, which truly made me feel more comfortable and welcomed. The housekeeping staff was also very helpful, and Mr. Jamshid kindly helped fix my room keys multiple times, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

  Lovely stay! The front desk staff, especially the young woman with the bright smile working, was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome the moment we walked in. Excellent service.

  Arrived and front desk wasn’t expecting us even though we checked in on the app. Then they proceeded to tell us parking was 10 per night even though no mention of that when booking or checking in. Then we get to the room and it isn’t even made up. This hotel is brand new and the parking lot was completely empty they have us check in to a room that wasn’t even cleaned…. The front desk clerk wasn’t helpful at all. We left and went to another hotel.

  Everything was perfect, except for the fact they recently started charging $10/night to park in a PARKING LOT SHARED WITH OTHER BUSINESSES. They didn’t do it the week before Christmas 2025, so why now?? Besides that, the suite was great, very clean. Laundry is in the same space as the gym. The machines take credit cards (insert, not tap). Chik fil A and Taco Bell shares the parking lot with you. One Loudoun is a short walk or drive away with lots of restaurants, book store, gym, and other businesses.
