I stayed in this hotel for 11 days, unfortunatly the experience was not the best. For starters there was an issue with the wifi there, every 2 days the internet would stop working and I would have to forget the network and sign in again on all my devices for it to work. The second and more urgent issue is that unfortunatly I did not feel like I have any privacy there. House keeping would knock and barge in without waiting for a minute for me to go open or respond. This has created an issue where they barged in 3 times in my stay where I was in the room. Also I had an issue where after house keeping cleans the rooms they would forget to put towels so i would have to order some every time. Lastly, they do not check the ammenities in the bathroom. Since the day I checked in the Conditioner bottle was empty and it was not refilled once during my 11 day stay. Also the shampoo got empty and same story. The only reason im giving this hotel 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the nice welcome desk staff. Overall I dont think ill be staying here again untill these issues are addressed.

I travel all over for work - the hotel was a 2/5. The toilets hardly flushed without holding it down for 10 seconds or more, had to stack 2 pillows on top of each other because they were so thin, ate at the diner and it felt like I was outside with how cold the breeze was from the outside door, heat in room worked somewhat but not great, and then had to pay for Breakfast Buffet. All things that are fixable to make the customer experience slightly better. Food, drinks, and service at the restaurant were great.

Garbage place. You better of staying at a gas station motel and save some money. The room, elevator and hallway smelled like weed daily (so this is the clientele you have there). Breakfast is no longer complimentary but instead, they charge $15.95 for fake eggs and potatoes (Starbucks next door got my business for cheaper and healthier breakfast for five days). I am embarrassed to have my Hilton membership and have serious consideration to drop this membership in the trash can outside their double door. I wish google had an option for zero star in this review. Thanks alot Hilton Garden Inn for making this stay memorable.

The "included breakfast" was 86d by the time we came down. Yes it was pushing it to the end time, but the only thing that was available for breakfast at 9:40 am, 20 min before breakfast is supposed to end, was eggs. They had a brunch buffet you had to pay 17 a person for that was sitting out all morning as another option but didn't really seem like a good one. There was an event going on at the same time, a breakfast buisness meeting that presumably they took priority over rather than the gusts that payed for their full stay.

No stars if I could. I feel like we were penalized because we booked through Booking.com! Once we mentioned who we booked through… things went down hill. Shouldn’t matter who we booked through, professionalism should be shown as we are still paying customers. My husband went down for breakfast and they asked him what room he was staying in, he answered and they told him your breakfast isn’t included and you should’ve checked that option with Booking.com. It’s the day before Thanksgiving and it was only him and they told him no. Next flag… we checked in on Tuesday and they came on Thursday and made up our bed but never changed the sheets which is disgusting. When my husband asked them if they were going to come in to clean they told him no and he then said, can we at least get some fresh towels and washcloths!? She says here. No one greets you or welcomes you. They stare and watch you walk by, no smile or anything. We come to the area 4/5 times a year and sadly we will not be staying here again. The service was awful and I do not recommend this hotel. We use Booking.com for 90% of our stays and no other hotel has treated us like this one.
