    Go to Starbucks for breakfast because this property charges $16. The room was out of date but clean. The screen on my television was bad (discoloration in the display) Informed the front desk immediately and asked them to look at it the following day. My schedule allowed plenty of time for it to be replaced. They said the issue would be addressed as soon as possible. The issue remained for the next four nights. Location is convenient but that's where it ends.

    I'll never stay at a Hilton for the rest of my life. Customer service was crappy like their toilets and plumbing.

    I had a booking there for 2 nights from September 25 to September 27. The first night we checked in late around 11 pm and I was really tired so I went to sleep . The room was smelling bad like it had not been opened in years. My wife and 2 year old Son spent most of the night in the lobby as they couldn't sleep in the room because of the smell . Next day I had to leave early in the morning for work . When I got done with my work I phoned front desk that we have 1 more night to spend in the hotel as I prepaid for 2 nights already and explained her the situation that the room smells a lot and my wife and son spent the last night and the 2nd day mostly outside the room, can we get a different room for just 1 night. Before calling them I already searched online if there are rooms available and there were rooms available . When I asked the front desk ( I think her name was Angeline Reyes) she plainly lied to me and said that I am sorry she has no rooms available , all the rooms are already booked now . When I told her I already searched online and there are rooms available then she told me yes there are rooms available but the housekeeping is gone for the day and if she gives us another room she won't be able to sell our room to somebody else for that night. What kind of a service is that? Firstly ,you lie to my face then when your lie gets caught you give me an explanation that since housekeeping is gone for the day I can't be given other room . That is really bad on the management part that if somebody has a problem with the room they are still stuck with that room as they don't have any housekeeping in the evening. So my question is who is responsible for housekeeping ? This is the worst place I stayed at . The 2nd night I spent in another hotel which was much cleaner and we had no problem sleeping . So I just wasted my 2 days worth of money and sleep in this hotel . No apologies or help of any kind was offered . I would give them 0 stars it there was an option to do that . I will make sure I will complain about this hotel and the front desk Supervisor( Angeline Reyes) to the corporate office. They should have done better . At least offered me a little bit of refund for the problem we faced that they were not willing to help at all . So , I suggest everybody to steer clear of this hotel or if you have no choice but to stay at this hotel don't pay for more than 1 night because if the room is bad you can change it the next day . It you prepaid for more days you are stuck with the room for all those days, doesn't matter what problem you face in the room , you are stuck with the same room for the duration of the stay. Horrible customer service.
