My daughter had her wedding at Under Canvas. She had shipped the guest's gift bags ahead of time. Staff at Under Canvas placed each gift bag in each person's tent. Overall made all of us feel valued and comfortable

This was a great experience from the second we arrived until the moment we left. The place itself is beautiful! The lady who greeted us was SO nice and helpful. Loved the little tour/info session. Truly, every single employee we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. I don't think I have ever experienced such great customer service (even compared to luxury hotel stays). The amazing customer serviced mixed with the awesome space made it a fun and memorable stay. We enjoyed all of the little things - the tetherball, corn hole, lobby area, etc. The tent itself was amazing. Loved all the little details. It was VERY clean. Again, cleaner than any hotel! I think we were most surprised by the bed. The bed was a DREAM! Soooo very comfy. We came during a time that was pretty cold, but that bed was so cozy and warm. The mattress itself and all of the sheets, blankets, comforter - all of it was just perfect. It was such a great experience! The only two areas that I think could use some improvement would be expanding the dining menu (also portions were on the small side for the price) & putting more comfortable seating in/outside of the tent. The chairs inside look very cute, but they are not comfortable to sit in. Same for the chairs outside. It would be nice to have better and more comfy seating for stargazing. I would say those are minor things though. The overall experience was wonderful.

This was an extremely disappointing and overpriced experience. In absolute terms and compared to another Under Canvas site we had visited. Nice location, but the fact that everyone can drive up to their tent undermines the whole concept - engine noise and headlights shining into your tent at 4:30am kind of kills the romance. As did inadequate covers and no hot water bottles in our kids’ tent, so they were freezing. Then the beautiful outdoor space by the central tent turned out to be way too small for the number of guests… so no campfire experience for us either. Office this feedback constructively to management, but not so much as an apology or ‘we’ll try harder’. Very poor.

We had the best time staying at Under Canvas! I’ve wanted to experience one of their locations for so long, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The staff were incredible, the setting was absolutely breathtaking, and the tents were so cozy—especially with the wood-burning fireplace keeping us warm on those cool October nights. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Under Canvas Zion is a unique and beautiful experience. About a 30 minute drive to the park, it’s not the most convenient place to stay, but it’s easily the most beautiful. We stayed in the star gazer tent and were lucky to have cloudless skies every night. Everyone was so helpful and the food was fantastic. There was live music every night we stayed and we loved the community spaces, board games, and activities planned. Weather is definitely a factor as the tents are not air tight. We stayed at the very end of October and our fire went out before morning so it was definitely chilly in the tent until we got the morning fire lit. However the bed had layers of covers so sleeping comfort was not at all an issue. Highly recommend.
