    This hotel is a notch above! The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is next level with made to order omelets… make sure you try La Cinda’s salsa to go with! She makes it fresh and has it available for the omelets. The staff were all very helpful and friendly as well!

    My stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton in South Jordan was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had recently. The receptionists/host at the front desk were friendly, helpful and quick. The room was clean and spacious. I had consistent hot water and the thermostat was easy and quick to adjust. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and will be returning.

    I am a long time loyal Hilton Honors. I have been coming to this hotel for the last 4 years. I usualy travel to this area 2 to 3 times a year with each stay lasting 8 to 11 nights. The hotel is convenient and the employees were pleasant. The major problem was house keeping service. This time they serviced the room 4 of the 8 days. The 4 days of cleaning occurred only after talking to the desk personnel in the prior evening and in the morning. In addition, the bathroom lights flickered and the mirror light stopped working. The mirror light was fixed but stopped working 2 days later. These issues fit in a trend of Hilton hotels decline in their reputation. I will be planning 4 trips ( with lenghty stays) to this area in 2026 but it will not be this hotel and maybe not Hilton brand.

    We are truly impressed the cleanliness, service and amenities at this hotel. Hotel. Having stayed at other big city hotels, my wife's first comment was this place doesn't smell! Doesn't say a lot for the other hotels in Cincinnati and Florida. In the talls have a faint pleasant smell to them. Breakfast is super anything you want and make your own waffles. This is a must stay if you're in salt lake South. Jordan.

    Worst Hilton experience to date. - No signs to EV chargers in garage - Found after 10-15 minutes driving around - Hidden is most remote and hidden place - Neither EV charger was working - Front desk said it was a known issue - Front desk said it is a common complaint - Main floor nice, halls and rooms outdated - Room temp was set to 82 degrees - AC was disabled, and no windows to cool - Front desk never answered phone - Returning to Front Desk, they moved us - No offer to upgrade, no comps, no points - Replied to manager "David" on text they always sent to Diamond Members about the issues, manager brushed us off, also made no offers to make anything right, they only copied/pasted Snippets from website which were not applicable. - At no point did we ask for comps, upgrades, or points, and at no point did they offer them or even seem concerned with the issues we raised. Avoid this place like the plague. Holiday Inn provides more service and no er accomodations. UPDATE: After filing a complaint and posting this review, the general manager, David, called me and offered 10,000 points (I paid 59,000 points plus $10 parking), and in the same breath said, "I do not believe you", multiple times, in regards to his front desk staff saying that the EV chargers were a known issue and common complaint. He repeated it when I called my wife in from the other room to remind her of the exchange. He also failed to explain why the front desk didn't offer to help or call someone to help address the EV charging issue at the time, which would have supported his narrative that there was no issue with them. The only reason we chose that hotel was that it had EV chargers. Calling your most loyal customers, who have been with you for 20+ years at the highest membership tier, liars, isn't exactly what I would call service.
