The breakfast area was kept neat, clean, and well stocked. The ladies worked tirelessly making sure it was a place you'd want to eat the complimentary breakfast. They deserve great credit for accomplishing that task with grace and a smile!

I received different rooms, but there was no attempt to offer up reasonable explanations other than they thought they could make more money this way. Place also smelled like pot smoke. Edit: I can assure you no compensation was offered on my check in beyond telling me I would not be receiving the room I booked!

Check-in was painfully slow, and the front desk staff seemed annoyed by even basic questions or requests, like asking for extra pillows. For the price, I expected much more. While the room was clean and breakfast was good, those positives barely made up for the unpleasant environment and poor service. I would not stay here again.
